A circular paper label pasted to the base inscribed in pencil 'UNCLE ALFIE'S 'LOOT' FROM THE PEKING PALACE' (Second Opium War?), the inside edge of the foot ring incised 'A.LONG RN HMS TRIBUNE 61' 3 ¾" (9.5cm) diameter, 1 ¾" high C/R- small split descending from the rim
