NINETEENTH CENTURY ORMOLU MOUNTED AND INLAID BURR WALNUT BUREAU DE DAME, the foliate scroll inlaid slope, enclosing an interior fitted with pigeon hole, short drawers and slide to the front, surmounted by a back comprised of a pair of glazed cupboard doors with three quarter galleries, flanking a central mirror with bevel edged plate and small drawer to the base, set above a shaped frieze, and raised on cabriole legs, 55” (139.7cm) high, 34” x 21” (86.4cm x 53.3cm), (c/r good condition; very minor cracks in the veneer on the fall-front; no woodworm found)
